It's pretty clear what the rules are now...

1. The club budget doesn't expand automatically to accommodate overlooked necessities.  Fail to plan effectively, and the club loses.

2. Club management can't be a rigid, set program.  It must be capable of adapting to the club's evolving needs.

3. Competing priorities are not excuses for not being on top of it. Unfortunately, neither is time, money or people.

A daunting state of affairs.  Unless you're partnered with someone who understands the challenges in starting-up, managing and growing a transportation club in a dues-paying, all-volunteer environment.

From charter to planning your club's annual holiday get-together and everything in-between, TCI can offer more assistance to member clubs than any other source. And the TCI Help Desk helps assure each member club of predictable results.

As you will discover, TCI Club Tools are an excellent value (free!), thereby adhering to standing rule Number 4: Accomplish more with less.

There was a time in transportation club history when officers and committee chairmen had only to please the club president. The idea behind TCI Club Tools is to please the club treasurer, too.
